I am ready to welcome you in my kitchen for a journey into the world of shortbread! During this experience I will talk about the basic recipes and the various uses of shortcrust pastry and we will make together a tart with the technique of interweaving. At the end of the event, this technique will have no more secrets for you. Steps we’ll do together: -Demonstration procedure -Making tart (you will put your hands in dough, each participant will realize his) -Miscellaneous -Cooking At the end of the event we will all taste your creations together. All this in a family, intimate and professional environment.
