We are sensitive beings and sometimes at the mercy of emotions "to cultivate the heart we must be aware of what we feel, be honest to the point of blushing and we can tell ourselves" (Chandra Livia Candiani) The practice of Yin yoga will allow us to slow down execution times, hold positions longer and deeply regenerate ourselves, thus opening up the possibility of releasing tensions and energy stagnations. Music as metaphors of the world, of the cosmos, of the whole universe, conceived as a whole. It will envelop us and make us experience unique and unrepeatable emotions, making us feel in touch with the cosmos. The concept of Harmony, for the Pythagoreans is defined as the unification of opposites. The cosmos therefore is harmony and even the soul can be defined as harmony as it is a kind of microcosm.

Throughout the morning, I will be at your disposal as ""master of radish", dispenser of advice, personal shopper, stylist. We will have fun discovering which vintage and used treasures are hidden in the market stalls of Papiniano. Why participate? Because it will be a real masterclass in the field. We will focus on: which garments are worth buying, how to recognize fabrics, analyze conditions, understand how a garment fits without measuring it. We will be small groups, so I will give personalized advice to each of you about your purchases and I will answer all your questions. We will end the tour with a snack, to watch together our purchases!

I am ready to welcome you in my kitchen for a journey into the world of shortbread! During this experience I will talk about the basic recipes and the various uses of shortcrust pastry and we will make together a tart with the technique of interweaving. At the end of the event, this technique will have no more secrets for you. Steps we’ll do together: -Demonstration procedure -Making tart (you will put your hands in dough, each participant will realize his) -Miscellaneous -Cooking At the end of the event we will all taste your creations together. "House of Gucci" is a film directed by Ridley Scott with Lady Gaga and Adam Driver in 2021. We will make an itinerary to discover the most emblematic Milanese spaces of the true history of Gucci and those used for the film revealing intimacy and unknown details of their real life and the production of the film. We will begin the tour in the emblematic Church of San Sepolcro where in 1972 Maurizio Gucci married Patrizia Reggiani, we will continue to the area of the Fashion District, then it will be the turn of Porta Venezia, and after other small stages we will conclude our tour of House of Gucci with a gem: the famous Villa Necchi. It will be a journey into the film but also into the story of one of the most famous couples of Italian haute couture.

Yemeni cuisine is known to be the most balanced in flavors and spices, along with the amazing food, there’s the rich company, I’m flexible to talk about any topic during the preparation and the dinner.
